Dr. Candice Cooper-Lovett
PhD, LMFT-S, CST

Dr. Cooper-Lovett is a native of Buffalo, NY. Dr. Cooper-Lovett relocated to Atlanta in 2014 and opened A New Creation Psychotherapy Services in 2015. A licensed marriage and family therapist and AASECT certified sex therapist with a transpersonal psychology and post-traumatic growth perspective, Dr. Cooper-Lovett is also an American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor. Additionally, she is a prepare and enrich facilitator and trainer. Dr. Cooper-Lovett is also a tantric shaman, level 1 heart-work practitioner and tier 1 teacher with the heart integration system. She is also an herbalist and creates teas, herbal pills, and different products for clients regarding their mental, physical, & emotional wellness. As for community work in her profession, Dr. Cooper-Lovett is on the advisory board for AAMFT’s Minority Fellowship Program and a reviewer for the journal of interpersonal violence. Dr. Cooper-Lovett has 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Dr. Cooper-Lovett is also a mental health speaker and has been doing so for 20 years. Dr. Cooper-Lovett specializes in trauma that affect individuals, couples, and families. Additionally, she specializes in infidelity recovery & betrayal trauma, as well as situational violence between couples. She also specializes in sexuality and sexual issues for individuals and couples/polycules. Additionally, she focuses on women's sexuality and pleasure. Furthermore, she works with high achieving women in leadership and entrepreneurship. Dr. Cooper believes in the power of energy healing, somatic body work and spirituality how it can be integrated for individual, couples, and families in therapy. Dr. Cooper-Lovett also works with those in the spiritual community who may be dealing with spiritual emergence or crises or seeking an understanding of their purpose and gifts in this lifetime. She also works with survivors of religious religious & cult trauma. Dr. Cooper-Lovett has a focus on post-traumatic growth and transpersonal psychotherapy which is influenced by indigenous and Shamanistic tradition and spirituality across the world. These frameworks are embedded in Dr. Cooper-Lovett’s speaking, research, supervision, and clinical work.
**Depending on the day and time, there are occasions where Dr. Cooper-Lovett will be with her little one during the sessions as he is sometimes home with her in the late afternoons.
Ms. Morgan Offord
MS, Administrative Assistant, Mental Health Clinican
Morgan I. Offord is an Olney, Maryland native, but has been an Atlanta girl for almost a decade. She is not only an ANC clinician but also the Administrative Assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College in 2019. She is has also recently graduated with her Master of Science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Morgan has always had a passion for understanding how surrounding relationships impact our overall mental well-being especially in the young adult population. With a sense of community, Morgan believes anything is possible with the proper drive. She has experience working teens looking for physical, emotional, and spiritual ways to promote healthy living and intentional decision-making. She also focuses on helping individuals navigate through depression and anxiety to build their self-esteem and body image. She considers herself a clinician that promotes positivity but encourages challenges that allow someone to understand what makes them unique. She is currently participating in the copayment program because she believes in the important of affordable mental healthcare.
Morgan is currently working under supervision as she works on her future goals.
Mrs. Kyra Johnson
LMFT, Prepare & Enrich Facilitator, Marriage & Dating Coach, Fitness & Wellness Coach
Kyra Johnson obtained her Bachelors in Psychology from Kennesaw State University and Masters of Family Therapy from Mercer University. Kyra is a licensed marriage and family therapist. Kyra Johnson has experience in working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with behavioral and mental health issues. Her passion includes working with adolescents and young adults, dealing with difficult life transitions, suicide ideation, anxiety, depression, self harm, and stress. She is also passionate about working with couples dealing with sexual issues, communication differences, and infidelity. She is certified in Gottman Level 1 as well as Prepare and Enrich. Her Gottman Level 1 training helps her provide couples with practical tools to reconnect with their partner and create a lasting love. She is committed to helping couples discover the connection and intimacy they love for. The Prepare and Enrich training helps to identify strength areas in couples through assessments and is used for marriage counseling, marriage enrichment, dating couples considering marriage. A special addition to her knowledge as a clinician is that she is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Trainer (ISSA-PT & AFFA-GFI), so she also has the knowledge needed to provide workout plans and education about nutrition for those looking for healthy physical transformation.
She considers herself an authentic and direct therapist. She focuses on breaking down each client's structure and assists in helping the client restructure their system to help meet their goals. In doing so, they will learn to identify and change their perspectives, establish boundaries, and take accountability in their own life. Her purpose as a therapist is to help guide clients to find ways to build a strong foundation that will help to create a more fulfilling life. She is a firm believer in the importance of guidance, support, and building an impactful relationship with each person she works with.
Ms. Angelia Nalls
LMFT, MDiv
Angelia Nalls specializes in strengthening connections between couples, families and businesses. Angelia is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Duke University and a Master's in Divinity from Emory University’s Candler School of Theology. She also holds a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from North Central University. Angelia Nalls believes in the Marriage and Family therapy tenets of viewing problems as the results of interactions between groups, couples and families, believing common mental health diagnosis are a function of the family and that by addressing the synergy in the relationship there can be a reduced need for medication. By providing a platform for individuals to enter into healthy romantic, platonic or familial relationships she assists clients in achieving positive mental, spiritual and emotional connections. Mrs. Pamela Mackie
MSMFT, Prepare & Enrich Facilitator, Certified Life Coach
Pamela Mackie is a highly motivated clinician who transitioned from extensive retail staffing executive experience into the mental health care discipline as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Pamela received her masters degree in marriage and family from Capella University. She maintains active memberships with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the Pi Chapter Delta Kappa International Marriage and Family Therapy Honor Society. In addition, Pamela Mackie has gained critical experience serving in her church’s Ministry for mental health. She co-facilitates weekly group grief counseling and other mental health seminars, workshops, and events that affect her community’s mental health.
Pamela’s mantra “if not now, then when?” represents her commitment that regardless of age, and life’s circumstances, she would continue to follow her passion and make a way to claim her second act of becoming a healer of mental health.
Pamela’s current focus are working with individuals, couples, and families who find themselves “stuck.” Being stuck can cause stress, anxiety, depression, among other mental and health conditions. Helping clients find joy is optimal for Pamela utilizing Narrative Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, and Structural Therapy as an approach towards healing.

Ms. Tyesha Shaddi
BA, BS, Marriage and Family Therapy Intern
Tyesha Shaddi currently holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice. She is currently a student at Capella University working towards her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. With a background in working with families at the Georgia Department of Family and Children Services, Tyesha's experiences have fueled her commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others and have given her a passion for helping couples and families thrive.
Tyesha's therapeutic approach is rooted in narrative and solution-focused brief therapy, focusing on empowering individuals and families to overcome challenges and find happiness within themselves. She believes in the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, strengths, and aspirations.
Driven by a genuine desire to see couples and families function at their best, Tyesha’s goal is to work collaboratively with her clients to identify and build upon their existing strengths. Her empathetic and non-judgmental approach ensures that clients feel heard, understood, and validated throughout their therapeutic journey. Through her dedication to her profession and her compassionate approach, Tyesha Shaddi is committed to helping couples and families flourish and find lasting fulfillment.

Ms. Britney Winley
BA, Marriage and Family Therapy Intern
Britney Winley is a native of Greenville South Carolina but raised in GA. She completed her undergrad in criminal justice at American Intercontinental University, and is currently attending Amridge University for a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a concentration in sex therapy. She is also a victim advocate at a District Attorney Office in Atlanta.
She has a passion for helping people build better intimate relationships with not only themselves, but with their partners, and other sexual experiences. In the future she is aspiring to be a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on sex therapy.
Britney is currently interning under supervision as she completes her masters degree and works towards LMFT licensure.
