Online Sessions

Online  services will be held through Simple Practice tele-therapy platform a free online service that allows users to make free online phone and video calls. You will be prompted via email and text on how to join in the video session to your computer or phone by downloading the Tele-health by Simple Practice app. Through these easy steps; once connected, your session will proceed in the same manner as a face-to-face office visit.

 

It is important to remember that while we will work to protect your confidentiality as much as possible, tele-therapy cannot guarantee complete confidentiality. Please always make sure you are in a private area where your conversation cannot be overheard.

 

Phone Sessions

If you do not have easy access to a computer, phone counseling is also available with this service, please always secure a private location where your session cannot be overheard or interrupted.

 

Please be advised that we will not accept for online or telephone consults for  people who are:  

• suicidal

• homicidal

• have court involvement 

• currently involved in an abusive situation

With those situations mentioned, it is best that those individuals seek treatment from a local licensed mental health professional or agency for a face-to-face session.
