Internship Opportunities

Our internship program provides marriage and family therapy and counseling  students with the opportunity to practice therapy with supervision offered by an outsourced or in house AAMFT Approved Supervisor or Supervisor in Training. Along with therapy clients, students will learn the administrative part of a private practice. Students will be encouraged to be proactive with groups, workshops, etc. within their areas of interest which he/she will have to research and market. The students are expected to work within the HIPPA laws and ethical codes. We also make very clear the importance of being a proactive team member. This is a private practice not an agency so building a case load has a lot to do with the therapist and their proactivity to gain clients. Masters level interns need to come in with a natural drive to gain clients in addition to what ANC offers. If you feel that you could be a great fit for our team email us!

Our internship program also provides opportunities for undergraduate students with psychology backgrounds, as well as marketing backgrounds and are primarily virtual positions. We value interns who are motivated, professional and proactive. Email for details. We provide internship opportunities based on availability and time of year that a potential intern reaches out.
