We offer flexible payment options for both virtual and in-person sessions:

In-network with:

• United Healthcare (EAP)

Insurance Policy & Financial Responsibility

At A New Creation Psychotherapy Services, we are committed to providing transparent and ethical billing practices. If you choose to use insurance, it is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

 

Primary Insurance Requirement
If you are using insurance that we accept, you must list that insurance as your primary insurance provider when receiving services with our practice. Failure to correctly designate your primary insurance may result in claim denials, reversals, or insurance recoupments.

 

Financial Responsibility for Recoupments
If your insurance company reverses or recoups payment due to incorrect coordination of benefits, failure to list us as your primary provider, or undisclosed secondary insurance, you will be held financially responsible for the full cost of services rendered.

 

Payment Authorization & Resolution Timeline
By providing a card on file, you authorize A New Creation Psychotherapy Services to charge your card for any outstanding balances, including those resulting from insurance recoupments. If a charge cannot be processed, you will be notified and required to resolve the balance within 30 days of notification.

Failure to resolve an outstanding balance within this timeframe may result in:

• Temporary suspension of future appointments

• Removal of standing appointments

• Referral of the balance to a third-party collections agency

We encourage all clients to verify their insurance benefits and coordination of coverage prior to beginning services to avoid unexpected financial responsibility.

Out-of-Network Benefits:

• Superbills provided for reimbursement

• Option to submit claims independently or use Reimbursify (HIPAA-compliant)

• You may also use Reimbursify to check your benefits and eligibility

Please note: reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by your insurance provider.

 

Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

• Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee

• A $25 fee will be applied for declined or insufficient payments
