Free Consultation

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and taking the first step isn’t always easy. We offer a free, confidential 15-minute phone consultation to help you explore whether our services are a good fit for your individual, couples, or family therapy needs.

 

Payments & Insurance

We offer flexible payment options for both virtual and in-person sessions:

Debit or credit cards, HSA, and FSA accepted via SimplePractice
In-network with:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Aetna (including EAP)

  • Cigna / Evernorth (including EAP)

  • United Healthcare (EAP)

  • OneSource EAP

Out-of-Network Benefits:

  • Superbills provided for reimbursement

  • Option to submit claims independently or use Reimbursify (HIPAA-compliant)

  • You may also use Reimbursify to check your benefits and eligibility

Please note: reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by your insurance provider.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee

  • A $25 fee will be applied for declined or insufficient payments

Privacy Policy and Confidentiality 

Your privacy is deeply respected. The therapeutic relationship is protected by law, and information shared in therapy cannot be disclosed without your written consent.

There are, however, specific legal exceptions where disclosure is required:

  • Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, dependent adult, or elder must be reported to the appropriate authorities

  • Threats of serious harm to others require notification of law enforcement and the intended victim

  • Risk of harm to self may require action to ensure your safety, including involving additional support if necessary
