Finding the right therapist is not an easy task and taking the first step may be a difficult process. However, a free confidential consultation may help you with this process. The phone consultation is an opportunity for you to chat with one of us for 15-30 minutes about our services and how they may fit your individual, couple, or family therapy needs.
Payment is due at the start of each therapy session.
Individual Therapy (Dr. Cooper-Lovett) $110.00 for 60 minute session
Couples Therapy (Dr. Cooper-Lovett) $165.00 for 60 min session or $247.50 for 90 min session
Family Therapy (Dr. Cooper-Lovett) $165 (2 individuals) or $220.00 for 60 min session (3-4 members, 5+ ask us about pricing)
Individual Therapy (MFT-I) $95.00 for 60 minute session
Couples Therapy (MFT-I) $120.00 for 60 min session or $180.00 for 90 min session
Family Therapy (MFT-I) $120 (2 individuals) or $175.00 for 60 min session (3-4 members, 5+ ask us about pricing)
Online & Telephone Counseling Payments
Payment for online and telephone consults can be made with a debit or credit card via stripe if your insurance does not cover it (online therapy only).
If you miss an appointment or do not provide sufficient notice (less than 24 hours), you will be responsible for the entire amount of the session fee which will be charged to the card on file. Should your payment be denied for insufficient funds, you will be charged a penalty fee of $25 per incident.
The law protects the relationship between a client and Psychotherapist. The information shared within the therapeutic relationship cannot be disclosed without written permission of the Client. However there are a few legal exceptions to Client confidentiality.
These exceptions include:
Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which A New Creation Psychotherapy is required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
If a Client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, A New Creation Psychotherapy must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
If a Client intends to harm himself or herself, A New Creation Psychotherapy will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If a client does not wish to cooperate, A New Creation Psychotherapy will take further measures provided to us by law in order to ensure their safety.
