Post-Master’s Clinician Program
(Pre-Licensed | Working Toward Licensure Hours)
Overview
This opportunity is for post-master’s clinicians working toward licensure who are ready to step into a holistic, trauma-informed private practice. At A New Creation, our work supports the full human experience mind, body, and spirit while helping clinicians deepen their clinical skill, presence, and professional identity. Clinicians provide therapy under the supervision of an AAMFT Approved Supervisor or Supervisor-in-Training, while gaining real experience in both clinical work and private practice operations.
What’s Expected
This is a caseload-driven, independent contractor environment.
Clinicians are expected to:

Build and maintain a minimum of 10+ client hours per week (within the first 90 days)

Work toward a consistent, sustainable caseload

Be available for evening and/or weekend sessions

Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings (monthly Monday meetings 11:30am)

Complete timely documentation and administrative responsibilities

Adhere to HIPAA, ethical standards, and Georgia regulations

Maintain professionalism, integrity, and accountability at all times
Consistent effort toward caseload development is required. Ongoing lack of engagement or productivity may result in corrective action or termination.
Clinical Scope
Clinicians will provide:

Individual, couples, and family therapy

Supervision & Licensure
We provide:

Clinical supervision toward licensure

Case consultation and ongoing support
Clinicians are responsible for:

Tracking licensure hours
-
Actively engaging in supervision and applying feedback
Compensation
-
Independent contractor (1099) role
-
Compensation is based on a split of client session revenue

Paid weekly based on completed sessions

Income is directly tied to caseload consistency and retention

Professional Requirements
Clinicians must:

Maintain professional liability insurance

Follow confidentiality and mandated reporting laws

Uphold ethical standards and professional boundaries

Maintain accurate records within the practice system

Avoid soliciting clients outside of the practice
