Pamela Mackie is a passionate and driven clinician whose journey into the field of mental health reflects her unwavering commitment to personal growth, healing, and meaning-making. After a successful career as an executive in retail staffing, Pamela courageously transitioned to pursue her true calling—becoming a healer and advocate for mental well-being as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

Through this work, Pamela has developed a deep passion for assisting individuals and families navigating grief and loss in all its forms—both tangible losses, such as the death of loved ones or the end of relationships, and intangible losses, including identity shifts, unfulfilled dreams, changes in roles, and life transitions that quietly yet profoundly impact emotional well-being.

Guided by her personal mantra, “If not now, then when?”, Pamela embodies the belief that it is never too late to embrace your purpose or transform your life. She is living proof that regardless of age or life’s circumstances, there is always a path forward. Pamela specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families who feel “stuck”—whether facing grief, stress, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, or periods of uncertainty and transition. Her goal is to help clients rediscover joy, clarity, meaning, and connection in their lives. She draws from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Structural Therapy, to create a healing experience tailored to each client’s unique story and needs.

Currently practicing under supervision as she works toward full licensure as an LMFT, Pamela is dedicated to walking alongside her clients as they navigate their healing journeys—honoring loss, restoring hope, and empowering them to reclaim their stories and step into their fullest potential.
